The Worst Natural Remedies For Blood Pressure That Are Being Promoted

Natural vital sign (BP) remedies are all the craze now, especially online where anyone can produce anything. it's all quite anonymous.

I read once that antibiotics were good for a fungus toenail. this text was high within the charts and had rave reviews. the sole problem is that antibiotics haven't any effect, at all, on the fungus. Doesn't touch them, doesn't even check out them.

So once I was researching my very own high BP remedies (which I even have done and are liberal to view, inspect the resource box) I noticed a huge amount of natural remedies which were downright wrong, not researched or worse still made the difficulty worse.

In some cases "natural diuretics" are the new kid on the block. They remove salt and water from the body. Reducing BP? Actually no, there's no evidence that they are doing that.

The following are the 8 worst best natural remedies for BP. Now they'll or might not cause harm, but once they are advocated as vital sign reducing agents with no research and with no side effects, well that's just wrong.

If you're concerned then ask a Homeopathic Doctor (registered) or your own Doctor. and do not stop your own prescribed medication unless your own Doctor tells you to.

1- Root- Common supplement, but can actually raise BP.

2- Ginseng- Can cause nervousness, excitement, headache, insomnia, and should even raise vital sign.

3- Echinacea- May suppress the system

4- Comfrey. Can cause liver failure.

5- Feverfew. It can interact with anti-blood clotting agents- therefore can increase the danger of bleeding.

6- ginkgo. When added with Aspirin can increase the danger of bleeding within the eye, bleeding within the brain, and reduced blood coagulation.

7- vitamin C. Shows no evidence of reducing vital signs. As a side note, there's no evidence that it prevents or slows down a chilly (many people have tried, but no reduced cold symptoms).

8- St Johns Wort. May increase depression if the patient is taking an anti-depressant, can have interactions with vital sign medication.

But does one know what? What I even have found is that non-medication types promote these natural remedies. Sure there are some out there which may help, but something else bothers me.

You stop taking medication, on the other hand, you begin to require "natural medication". you're still ingesting something, you continue to need to "take" something. Don't you discover that a touch bit odd?

I do. in order that is why I researched other, less invasive methods of reducing vital signs. And does one know what? They work. They reduce my levels by about 10-120 mmHg and that I even have fun doing it.
