 Exercises are a set of activities  (regular) which we perform in order to have better physical and mental health. At present time, exercise plays a vital role in our daily life. It has become an indispensable part of our life. A statement that favors the importance of exercise is:

Researchers believe that sleeping is the best meditation and I personally believe the same.
